">- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Maintenance Specialist to maintain our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction site free of debris.
- Remove trash, scrap materials, and other waste from the site as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Clean and maintain all cleaning equipment and tools used on the construction site.
- Assist with the movement and organization of construction materials as required.
- Work effectively with the construction team to ensure cleaning duties are completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction maintenance or a similar role is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Punctuality and reliability are crucial in this role.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to construction sites is mandatory.
