Job Description

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair methods and quality assurance, ensuring estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards, supporting the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team, and driving workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee repair methods and quality assurance
  • Ensure estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards

  • Drive workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicating effectively with team members
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing change
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
