Claims Specialist

As a dedicated claims officer, you will be responsible for delivering superior claims service to our valued customers. You will investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases, ensuring that our policyholders receive fair and timely resolutions.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced claims professional who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous property insurance claims experience

- A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional
