  • Possess a passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences and naturally look for ways to enhance each guest's stay.
  • Bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Show flexibility, reliability, and a solution-focused approach to handle challenges gracefully.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and warm smile to represent our commitment to hospitality.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of property management systems, preferably cloud-based.
  • Show willingness to work on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Possess a current RSA and First Aid certification, preferred but not required.
