Front Desk Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to work at the front desk, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
  • Manage guest reservations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
