We are seeking a warm, welcoming and passionate individual to join our Front Office team. As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last person they interact with when they leave.
With your exceptional communication skills and natural gift for engaging conversation, you will have the chance to truly enrich our guests' experience, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
- Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls and maintaining accurate records.
- Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural gift for engaging conversation.
- Dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
