Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to join our Planning Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional urban planner with leadership skills and expertise in planning research, data analysis, and report writing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior staff members while contributing to the development of strategic planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of Urban Planners and ensuring correct staffing levels and resourcing of projects.
  • Demonstrating a high level of proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Acting as a project manager with planning, programming, and coordination of projects.
  • Developing project plans and strategies for the completion of major projects.
  • Managing or assisting with the preparation of strategies, reports, environmental impact assessments, and other planning documentation and submissions.
  • Undertaking technical and quality reviews of documentation prepared by the planning team.
  • Leading and assisting with the preparation of tender documentation.
