**Job Description:** We're seeking a skilled Game Experience Innovator to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing, crafting, and optimizing in-game experiences that engage and surprise players worldwide. You will work collaboratively with engineers, artists, and product managers to create innovative player-focused designs, develop production-ready implementations, and drive the development process forward.

In this role, you will:
  • Design champion kits, new cards, powers, items, relics, and constellations that excite players
  • Design content to challenge champions, including adventures, event mechanics, and quests
  • Create production-ready implementations of your designs using Python scripting
  • Work collaboratively with a tight-knit team to implement content on a live service cadence
  • Provide high-quality feedback to peers and help uplevel content quality across the team
  • Execute on design goals within defined frameworks while maintaining player-centric outcomes
