Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Game Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and innovative game experiences.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design, craft, and optimize in-game and out-of-game experiences that delight millions of players worldwide.

You will be responsible for shaping the game from the inside out, mentoring junior designers, and refining the development process to raise the bar for quality.

In this role, you will work directly with the Lead Designer to create world-class content for Path of Champions, a roguelike gamemode in Legends of Runeterra.

You will be responsible for designing mechanics and features that evolve the game and resonate with the universe of Runeterra.

You will also be expected to balance complexity and depth to create gameplay that is intuitive and satisfying for players.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in game design on at least one live service game
  • Demonstrated ability to execute within established design structures and contribute meaningfully to ongoing live operations
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy, while staying aligned with design direction set by leads
  • Thrives in small team environments, creating high-quality player experiences from limited resources
  • Strong implementation skills, able to prototype and build content with sustainable, production-ready execution
