We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in crafting innovative gaming experiences using Unity and C#.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge artistic vision with engineering expertise, turning creative concepts into captivating products. You will work closely with engineers and artists to meet look-and-feel and performance requirements, creating software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and artists to deliver high-quality products that meet look-and-feel and performance requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to the art pipeline, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
  • Provide artists with constructive feedback to optimize asset performance and ensure consistency across projects.
  • Document and promote best practices throughout the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop or suggest tools and scripts to optimize Unity workflow, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Profile and debug game performance to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring smooth user experience and competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Game Development Studio, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in versioning software (Perforce preferred, CVS, Alien Brain or similar), with experience managing complex codebases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animations, with samples demonstrating exceptional skill and attention to detail.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within challenging timeframes.
  • Experience working with game engines, with a deep understanding of Unity's capabilities and limitations.
