Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals, analysing financial results and identifying issues impacting purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders, writing up findings and recommendations for clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist senior colleagues on proposals and new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
