Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Assembler/Leading Hand to lead a small group of professionals within the modifications area. Your key responsibilities will include assembling and disassembling products, adding components to meet customer orders, and packaging products for transport and distribution.

You will be responsible for component fabrication, off-site customer assembly, and customer repairs. Additionally, you will unload, unpack, and store stock using safe work procedures, check and inspect goods on arrival, complete appropriate documentation, and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

Other tasks will include loading and unloading vehicles using lifting aids and appliances in compliance with workplace procedures and safety legislation. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong mechanical skills, experience leading a team, and excellent attention to detail.
