Job Overview:

As a Senior Commercial Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will play a key role in delivering transformational programmes across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. You will be responsible for managing the project contracting processes, coordinating supplier sourcing, and critically appraising contracts documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diversified supply chain
  • Coordinate supplier sourcing
  • Critically appraise contracts documents
  • Manage contractual relationships as required

Contract Execution:

  • Support clients to ensure contract documents are in strict accordance with Legal approved contract templates.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
  • Prepare Change Management processes as required

Project Management (Support):

  • Coordinate and manage GC, scope change and overall project delivery
  • Manage the integration of supply chain scope as part of overall project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects in data center or hi-tech industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment
