Key responsibilities include championing delivery team culture and values, executing the end-to-end delivery process, measuring KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Additional responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to Team Leads on upcoming projects, driving excellence with the product team, maintaining JIRA delivery reporting, and coordinating biannual planning and team building sessions.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical fluency, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to build momentum across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities- Champion and maintain delivery team culture and values to ensure long-term sustainable success.
- Execute the end-to-end delivery process between technology and product teams, measuring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with product managers, engineering managers, and team leads to ensure delivery projects are planned and meeting delivery standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to team leads on upcoming projects.
- Drive excellence with the product team on requirements fidelity.
- Maintain and monitor JIRA delivery reporting and ensure data fidelity.
- Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to delivery teams.
- Execute delivery team retrospectives and planning rituals.
- Coordinate biannual planning and team building sessions.
- Inspire and engage delivery teams in effective storytelling and communicate project progress to the broader business audience.
- Complete ad-hoc requests as needed to support delivery and release tasks.
