This role involves expanding MRI's footprint through consultative sales and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be able to identify revenue opportunities, manage sales processes, and collaborate with the sales team to develop new business strategies.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain existing customer relationships through regular online and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide solutions expertise to help customers address unique business issues and strategic initiatives.
- Work with the sales leadership and marketing teams to design account strategies and achieve short- and long-term sales goals for targeted clients.
- Facilitate the sales administration process in Salesforce and handle contracting and sales administration.
- 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar field.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus, with the ability to network within it.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships to increase revenue over time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with our company's goals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement account strategies that drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.
