About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional who can drive production workflows, enable innovative tools, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and Empower: Lead by example through communication, clarity, and a passion for scalable solutions.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Leadership: Foster strong relationships with character art, rendering engineers, world team, tools developers, and partner teams to drive feature and system alignment.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own milestone and sprint planning for character tech, streaming systems, and procedural tooling.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in production roles within game development.
  • Shipped at least one AAA title or complex system-heavy game.
  • Experience working with or supporting technical art, rendering, or tools teams.
