Game Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Game Development Manager to spearhead the development and success of new mobile games.

This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing new features from conception to launch, driving product roadmaps by utilizing real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback, and leveraging analytics and insights to inform their choices and create engaging, intuitive, and accessible gaming experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building great games, fast, by working with cross-functional teams to develop new features from conception to launch.
  • Driving product roadmaps by utilizing real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback to craft product roadmaps and supporting games from conception to market release.
  • Leveraging analytics and insights to inform their choices and create engaging, intuitive, and accessible gaming experiences.
  • Generating game ideas and assisting in generating visions and ideas for a game, its market position, and features that are engaging and monetizable.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration by working alongside Art and Development teams, UA, Monetization, and Data Science teams to ensure alignment on shared vision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and be able to manage the day-to-day work of people or projects within defined parameters.
