Responsible Gaming Team Lead

A forward-thinking leader is required to drive our responsible gaming initiatives. As the head of the Responsible Gaming Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements and industry best practices are rigorously followed.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of analysts, allocating tasks and ensuring that key performance indicators are consistently met. Regular quality assessments will be conducted to maintain high standards across the team's work.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Responsible Gaming Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure the team consistently meets its key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain high standards across the team's work.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, enhancing awareness of responsible gaming practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership / Responsible Gaming coaching role
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
