We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Responsible Gaming initiatives.

As the Responsible Gaming Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of analysts who drive our efforts in promoting responsible gaming practices across our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in creating a culture of responsibility and accountability within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of analysts in developing and implementing effective responsible gaming strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on responsible gaming policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities related to responsible gaming initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role related to responsible gaming
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in responsible gaming
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience working in regulated markets (e.g., Ontario, Italy, LATAM)
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge
