Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the venue
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Gaming experience within a venue
  • Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certification
