Job Title: Gaming Strategy Leader

We are seeking an experienced Gaming Strategy Leader to oversee the development and implementation of responsible gaming strategies across our organization.

This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of responsible gaming practices, as well as strong team management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in responsible gambling and experience in leading teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement responsible gaming strategies that promote customer protection and regulatory compliance
  • Lead a dedicated team of analysts responsible for implementing and maintaining key processes related to responsible gaming
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in responsible gaming practices
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or psychology
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
