Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure our stores are stocked, organised and ready for action.

This is a leadership role that requires you to be responsible for inventory integrity, reducing shrinkage, embedding a smooth and efficient 7-day refill process, driving stock availability to maximise sales, leading the team in online order execution and omni-retail service, coaching and developing your team to hit store and personal targets, and being a hands-on leader on duty as part of the store's management team.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover and stock levels
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  • Coach and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
