Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

The role of an Inventory Control Specialist is a vital one, ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all departments receive their deliveries in a timely manner
  • Inspecting incoming goods according to established protocols
  • Maintaining accurate records of receipt of goods at the warehouse
  • Performing administrative tasks associated with general store duties
  • Contributing to and participating in maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse, site and common areas
  • Participating in internal and external audits as required

You will have a significant impact by providing efficient stock management, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Year 12 High School certificate
  • A valid Victorian Driver's licence
  • An MR licence
  • A valid Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience as an inventory control specialist in a medium to large Healthcare organisation
  • Strong computer literacy and a good understanding of word, excel & email etiquette
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
