The role of Inventory and Stock Management Professional at a leading Australian retailer presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced stock hand to join our team in the Retail Inventory Lead position.
This high-volume retail environment demands strong numerical and analytical skills, with a focus on stock integrity and efficient processes.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management abilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and influencer who can inspire others with best practice stock and inventory management.
This is a mid-senior level full-time role that offers a Monday-to-Friday roster and generous monthly performance incentives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management
- Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
- Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
- Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
- Demonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional development
- An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
