About The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and oversee our vehicle inventory across multiple dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and stock movements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
  • Liaise with manufacturers, transport companies, and internal departments
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, availability, and performance metrics
  • Deal Processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external stock procedures

About You
  • Previous experience as a stock controller in the automotive industry (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g. Auto-IT, Pentana DMS)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
