Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement inventory strategies aligned with growth targets and market trends.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels through efficient systems, regular stocktakes, and policies that minimise waste and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Supply Chain Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery, while improving processes and reducing environmental impact.
Financial Management: Monitor operational costs, prepare forecasts, and deliver quarterly performance reports to senior leadership Candidate Profile Proven experience in stock or inventory management, preferably within a multi-channel or wholesale environment.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing logistics partners.
Ability to balance operational efficiency with cost management and sustainability objectives.
Forecasting experience highly desirable.
This role is central to ensuring our products reach the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity.
It offers the opportunity to lead with both operational discipline and strategic foresight.
Part time role, based in Collingwood, Victoria.
