The Reef House Adults Retreat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure that all dining areas are clean, functional, and meet health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with the ability to create and recommend wine pairings and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
