Our Restaurant Manager is a critical position to the overall success of our Boutique Hotel, with food and beverage at the heart of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure each service period is executed to perfection, delivering memorable Reef House experiences to our in-house guests
* Assist the Executive Chef and General Manager with management of the Restaurant
* Work with our Executive Chef on special events and projects
* Be able to accurately report on daily shift and restaurant KPIs

Requirements:

* Knowledge of H&L preferable
* Advanced wine knowledge
* A la carte skills and experience
* Advanced cocktail making skills and knowledge
