Job Title: Customer Service Leader

This role involves simplifying complex processes to make customer experiences simple, fast, and easy, driving engagement across your team of specialists, and making a real difference for customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development to a team offering tailored support to customers during difficult financial times
  • Supporting customers experiencing vulnerability and indigenous customers in remote communities
  • Managing day-to-day operational management of the centre, escalating issues promptly, and maintaining risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance existing procedures
