We are seeking an exceptional Associate Manager - Field Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and supportive team that provides solutions to our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with strong strategic thinking and communication skills to drive growth, employee development, and performance. You will work closely with the National Field Service Manager to set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians.
Your responsibilities will also include managing resources for adequate coverage and customer needs, collaborating with Sales and RSM's to address customer requirements, and maintaining quality standards and documentation of service activities.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering and relevant technical/field service experience
- Proven people leadership experience with remote field-based teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with conflict resolution abilities
- Experience analyzing data and improving processes within an engineering team
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong relationships builder with stakeholders
