Senior Customer Service Team Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished customer service professional to lead our inbound and outbound contact centre teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional client care through proactive customer engagement strategies.
- Co-designing service improvements in response to client needs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Developing and implementing process enhancements with tangible impacts on service performance.
This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and day-to-day management of a small call centre team handling both inbound and outbound client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams within a contact centre environment.
- Expert understanding of performance levers within a contact centre, including metrics and KPIs.
- Strong coaching skills to raise the capability of the whole team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ability to design and conduct experiments, gather feedback, and insights to inform recommendations.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.
