Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an attractive and inclusive workplace.
  • Build strong relationships with industry networks and associations to source top talent.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on recruitment best practices, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee talent development programs, focusing on succession planning and career advancement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who excels in delivering exceptional customer service, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is essential, along with the ability to work proactively and independently.
