Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our assessment and case management governance practices. This role will be responsible for delivering outcomes through effective governance practices, working with stakeholders and conducting data analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Case Management Governance: Develop and implement strategies, policies, tools, templates and guidelines to support successful assessment and case management practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct desktop reviews and site visits to ensure consistency in assessment and case management practice across the state.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advice and Recommendations: Provide timely and relevant advice and recommendations to support the consistent application and integration of offender assessments and case management frameworks.
  • Training and Development: Work with key stakeholders to develop sustainable plans for mandatory training for staff and provision of other professional development training as required.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and implement databases to support performance reporting on assessment and case management practices.
