Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital leadership position in coordinating and delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented services for participants over 18.
">You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop person-centred action plans, and provide tailored interventions aimed at reducing preventable hospital admissions and improving health and wellbeing outcomes.
">You'll work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, Support Coordinators, and other providers to ensure integrated, responsive care across multiple service sectors.
">This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic occupational therapist to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred action plans">
- Provide tailored interventions aimed at reducing preventable hospital admissions and improving health and wellbeing outcomes">
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, Support Coordinators, and other providers">
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians">
- Oversee access to services and facilitate group programs">
- Advocate for clients across health and social service networks">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">We require a minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline, AHPRA registration, min 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, Valid NDIS Check, Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Full driving license and access to reliable vehicle.
