Responsibilities
Leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads
Contributing to design and implementation of the new graduate program for 2026
Providing leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
Conducting complex Occupational Therapy assessments, evaluations and developing individualised care plans for children and/or adults with diverse needs
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, health professionals and service providers to coordinate holistic care interventions
Assessing and prescribing assistive technology and home modifications to support client safety and independence
Engaging in service development, clinical governance and process improvement initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a recognised clinical leader with demonstrated supervision and mentorship experience in Occupational Therapy.
Skills and Requirements
Practised clinical decision-maker across diverse funding systems and client presentations
Passionate about developing clinical teams and shaping future talent
Evidence-driven clinical thinker, skilled in guiding quality improvement projects and applied practice
Exceptional communicator with both day-to-day support and strategic service contributions
Sound judgement balancing innovation, business goals, values and standards
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience as a senior clinician
AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan
Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA and DHS funding
