Senior Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

Clinical Leadership Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality clinical services, with a focus on improving functional outcomes through leadership and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all clinical placements across the Department, liaising with universities and education providers
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students, as well as provide support to other staff in the department who are supervising students
- Carry a rotational/negotiated clinical caseload and provide clinical supervision to allocated staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional board
- Current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant experience in providing Occupational Therapy
- Extensive experience and ability to build and maintain professional relationships through written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
