Occupational Therapist

The Lead Clinical Specialist will provide advanced clinical guidance and leadership in Assistive Technology (AT) to support therapists across New South Wales. This position is a key part of our team, promoting best practice in AT service delivery aligned with NDIS processes and prescription pathways.
- Develop and implement clinical leadership strategies to enhance the provision of AT services, ensuring high-quality care for clients.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to provide mentoring, consultation, and clinical guidance in AT assessment, prescription, and implementation.
- Promote evidence-based practice in AT service delivery through training, education, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AT services, tools, and resources.
- Support skill development across the team by identifying training needs and delivering targeted education in AT.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist with specialist knowledge in Assistive Technology.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality clinical services directly to clients as part of an independent caseload.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring occupational therapists.
- Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors, including NDIS and community-based settings.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access to a vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
