  • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement master data solutions that drive business success.
  • You will work closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across critical systems.
  • Your expertise in MDM and data governance will be essential in shaping reliable, future-ready business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements for MDM and data initiatives.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, business rules, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including use cases, specifications, and process flows.
  • Validate and test MDM rules to meet business requirements and standards.
  • Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and enterprise relationship models.
  • Experience working with MDM tools and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to link master data to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analysed complex data sets to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Applied data profiling, quality assessment, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Built strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitated workshops.
  • Produced clear documentation, including guides, process flows, and specifications.
  • Worked in agile environments with MDM tools and governance frameworks.
