Project Manager Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile land development projects from due diligence through to completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with clients, authorities, and consultants to secure approvals and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving client advocacy and confidence.
  • Manage budgets, profitability, and financial targets, making responsible commercial decisions.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and mentor staff, fostering a productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project planning, management, and execution, preferably in land development.
  • Demonstrated leadership, budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management skills.
  • High level of industry awareness and engagement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
