Care Services Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Services Employee at St Vincent's Care Services Bronte. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and assistance to residents with all activities of daily living, personal care needs, and daily household tasks.
- Partner with residents to support their daily routine, lifestyle, and choices, ensuring they feel safe, valued, respected, and engaged.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications.
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
- Availability to work AM/PM/Night shifts, Monday to Friday, on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities, and ability to follow the care plan.
- National Police Certificate: NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
