We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Staff Employee at St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and respected.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and medication management.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
- Availability to work various shifts, including AM, PM, and Night shifts, on a permanent basis.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with the ability to maintain excellent records.
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities, and the ability to follow the care plan.
