**What you'll do**
- Partner with the product designers to understand the customer range for the category in order to develop suitable prints for the customer
- Research, understand and interpret print trends and translate into wearable prints for our customers
- Understand key customer insights and issues, continuously review the performance of ranges designed, looking for opportunities to refine and continuously improve in order to drive conversion and sales
- End to End understanding of design in a retail environment from conceptualisation to finished product Partner and work within a cross collaborative team that adapts to change and is focused on the customer

**What you'll bring**
- Formal qualification in Textiles or Graphics Design
- Previous experience in a Print Designer role for a large retail business including the creation of repeated and placed prints, colour and illustration skills and têxtile print techniques Demonstrated experience in accountability designing for a medium volume and medium complexity of options
