Job Description

Konica Minolta is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the modern workplace. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our NSW Print Production team, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of colour and black and white print equipment, as well as ancillary products and associated software solutions. This will involve working on-site with customers to perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring that their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our dedicated team of technicians and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we are looking for someone who can contribute ideas and develop professionally within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain colour and black and white print equipment, including related software and services solutions.
  • Perform on-site corrective and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the NSW Service Team and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a professional customer-facing approach.
  • A keen desire to learn and apply new skills in a continuously developing environment.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and going above and beyond.
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying in regular contact with the team.
