We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Club Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Club Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the club, including leading a team of staff, managing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the club.

  • Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.

  • Implementing marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth.

  • Fostering a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for customer service and sales management, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.

  • Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role is highly regarded.
