Real Estate Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a small team environment, and a strong attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our agency. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, responding to tenant inquiries, and maintaining relationships with landlords and contractors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in property management, familiarity with software systems such as PropertyMe, and strong organizational and administrative skills. You should also be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Property Management
  • Familiarity with software systems such as PropertyMe
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
