Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- Perform general administration tasks, ensuring all enquiries, bookings, and issues are managed accurately.
- Support other departments as required, building strong relationships with our members and guests.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about customer satisfaction, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have superior customer service and admin skills, with the ability to build rapport with people.
Requirements:
- Current CPR certificate
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience in administration (desirable)
