Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members and guests.
Working a flexible roster across 7 days, you will meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face, and perform general administration tasks. You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.
This role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests. You will be part of a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others.
About YouYou are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving. Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role.
You will also come with the following:
- Current CPR certificate
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience in administration (desirable)
