About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Service Representative in Broken Hill to join our team. As a Product Support Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support for their equipment needs, including technical machine support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their parts and service inquiries and orders.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on parts selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of parts and service transactions.
- Collaborate with our service department to schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Proactively identify and recommend additional products and services to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product updates.
- Offer technical machine support to customers, guiding them through diagnostics and solutions.
- Support Account Managers in identifying and retaining customers, driving business growth, and securing projects.
About You
- Qualified mechanic, preferably with CAT machinery experience.
- High mechanical aptitude and understanding of earthmoving equipment.
- Previous experience in product support, and service within the construction equipment industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
