About the Role

As Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our front-of-store operations are exceptional, welcoming, and engaging for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of excellent service standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our team and customers
  • Drive a one-team approach, prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
