About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Consultant to join our IT team in Marrickville.

The successful candidate will analyze, plan, build, test, implement, and optimize MTC Australia's applications, systems, and business processes to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess new requirements and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, design solutions, and implement business applications and platforms.
  • Implement automation in existing business and system processes.
  • Design and build systems/data integration flows using ETL techniques.
  • Provide business intelligence and data insights on business performance and strategic opportunities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferably Business/IT related) and/or extensive experience as a business/systems/technical analyst.
  • Experience working with a broad range of IT systems across on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to forge effective partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
Technical Requirements
  • Backend configuration of data objects, fields, process flows, and triggers within an enterprise CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Designing and implementing systems integration processes using ETL tools and API connectivity platforms.
  • Extensive experience working with SQL platforms, including stored procedure development.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence & Analytics platforms and technologies.
